|Rescue Me ID: 17-12-15-00385Missy (female)|
Missy is approximately 2 years old. She is a tiny Beagle lady who weighs about 16 lbs. She has lots of puppy personality. She gets in anything and everything.. climbs up on chairs, up on the table... she will keep you busy!!! But she is so cute that yo can't even be mad at her. She does not do well with cats, as she was barking at them and her social skills with other dogs need training as well. She bullies the puppies but does do well if a dog is not a push over. Missy has tons of energy and is very entertaining and never met a stranger. Her personality makes up for the lack of body size :-) IMPORTANT: Missy is located in GA. We do NOT have a shelter in MA. We only transport to this area. We are a rescue organization located with our dogs in Georgia. We do NOT have a shelter in MA but have weekly transport available for our pups to relocate up north with their new forever families. Since a meet and greet is not possible prior to adoption, our adopters make their decision to adopt based on pictures, videos and talking to the foster parent. Please send us a message in order to receive an application. DO NOT FILL OUT AN APPLICATION ANYWHERE ONLINE!!! Only via e mail are you able to receive the proper forms directly from us. Any other application will not be processed. Missy's adoption fee is $ 475 which includes transport cost, health certificate, all his vaccines, heartworm test, spay and micro chip. (Less)

|Rescue Me ID: 17-12-09-00224Browning (male)|
Pure breed beagle. These two dogs have been abandoned at my farm. Owners refuse to feed or care for them after months of trying. I have been feeding them myself. They are very bonded. i am disabled and they are too much for me to excercise or care for properly. They have been kenneled outside. Would have them checked for Lyme. They have had their shots

|Rescue Me ID: 17-11-22-00080Chet (male)|
Name: Chet Sex: Male Breed: Beagle mix Age: 6 months Weight: 30 lbs Good with: People and dogs. Not tested with kids or cats My Name is Chet and I have GREAT news!!! I'm now in MA!! I live in a new state and a new foster home, so here is a little more information about me. There is another dog in my new foster home and I LOVE playing with him! The one thing I'm not thrilled about is when he comes near my dog bowl. Foster mom needs to make sure I am fed separately from other dogs and I hope to learn better how not to be so upset about that. Being just a pup, I'm very curious about everything and smelling things in the yard is always interesting. I enjoy getting treats when I'm a good boy and chewing on bones is a favorite activity. When it's time for bed, I can be in my crate or on a bed in foster mom's room. I'm a very good sleeper, especially when I've had plenty of time to exercise off my puppy energy! (This was written when I was still down south): I'm like a big bouncy ball & I can run like a greyhound. In the beginning I'm a bit nervous & reserved when meeting new people & other doggies. I growl & bark at new things, including other animals, until I feel comfortable. I'm all bark and no bite. I get bored very easily & when bored several weeks back I decided to eat my blanket, I ended up having to have emergency surgery. Unfortunately when bored I also like chewing on wood furniture. I will need someone who has time to give me lots of exercise to tire me out. I'm a happy boy who just wants love from my person. I currently live in a foster home in TN with other dogs & a cat. Since having surgery an arriving at my new foster home we are all separated. I've not tried to chase the cat but I am a bit curious. I'm not real gifted with the leash yet but I'm getting there. I also love sleeping with my foster Mom but I will sleep in the crate. I'm house trained and I will let you know when I need to go out by nudging you or running to the door. I am looking for my forever home, so if you want an adorable and fun boy, look no further! If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application at survivortails.org or email email@example.com with any questions ***We can only adopt in the states of Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. |Rescue Me ID: 17-08-09-00306Elvis (male)|
Here is your chance to have your very own singing and dancing Elvis!! Elvis the HOUND DOG can still strut his stuff even at 6 years young!! He only wants love and affection from his people, and he LOVES his people. He also loves kids, other dogs and most cats. He will chase a cat that runs from him but if the cat doesn't run - he is totally baffled and turns and walks away. Elvis needs a nice big fenced in yard with a high fence as he likes to see what the neighbors are doing and will join them if the fence isn't high enough. He would also like a home with another furry friend as he loves to snuggle and play. He currently lives with Willow and she is his girl!!! Elvis is crate trained, good on a leash and likes to spend time in the yard sunbathing. He is totally vetted and ready for his forever home!! Oh he loves to ride on golf carts!!! IMPORTANT: Elvis is located in Georgia. We are a rescue organization located with our dogs in Georgia and have weekly transport available for our pups to relocate up north with their new forever families. Since a meet and greet is not possible prior to adoption, our adopters make their decision to adopt based on pictures, videos and talking to the foster parent. His adoption fee is $ 375 which includes transport cost, health certificate, all vaccines, heartworm test, neuter and micro chip. (Less)

Beagle Dogs can make good pets in Massachusetts if they match your IifestyIe. Beagles are small, energetic hounds with sweet, happy dispositions. Beagles make wonderful family pets. Beagles need to be with people and do not like to be left alone; it is a good idea to have more than one dog if you will be away often. Beagles are great with children but do not do well with cats and other household animals unless they are around them from the time they are puppies. A Beagle needs a decent sized yard to play in and needs lots of exercise. Beagles may wander off easily if not kept on a leash.
