Rescue Me ID: 17-08-04-00257Margie (female)

Beagle Mix    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Adults (Not Kids)
Personality: High Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Margie loves to play with other dogs & with her people. She really loves to eat! She is good with her commands and manners. Eating her dinner as a training game has allowed her to learn more focus in the midst of her boundless puppy energy. Margie is very much a puppy at heart, but without the potty messes in the house. She has learned how to say please (sit) if she wants to go outside or to ask for treats. She is very smart and learns quickly. She has been to the groomer and did very well. Margie's back left leg was injured by a car. She has completed all treatment, and does not let it slow her down. It is important that she remains ... (Read More)active to allow for her leg muscles to build and stay healthy. She is crate trained, however, she is non-destructive and does well regardless. She is happier and healthier outside of the crate and it allows for her leg to remain mobile. She does get anxious at the vet, but after so much time spent there with her leg injury, who can blame her. Margie is a sweet cuddlier and likes to be wherever her people are. Margie is a sweetheart who gets along with other dogs and people. She would be better in a home with a dog companion, children over 14yo, and just her adult people. She is being fostered in Dundee, OR and her adoption fee is $275.00 (Less)

https://www.missgabriel.org/noel.html https://www.facebook.com/MrNoel2011 Meet Mr Noel. He is a 5 years young Beagle/American Staffordshire Terrier/Chow Chow/Golden Retriever mix whose interests include walking, hiking, going for a drive and collecting treasures. This boy is house trained, is leashed trained, has a few basic commands down, he gets along with adults he has learned to trust. He likes to sleep with his human or near them. X-rays show his body being battered starting as early as 5-10 months old (broken bones). ... (Read More)He does not like eye contact with people he does not trust. Due to this he will need a family who knows how to build trust with an abused dog. Willing to give him the time he needs to develop trust. He will trust again; it takes time and patience. He loves to cuddle with me in bed as long as he feels safe and I am not too grabby. Noel will be happiest when he can be a part of his person's daily activities. His family will need to be sure that Noel feels like he is part of a close knit group. He is neutered, micro chipped, vaccinated, licensed and has a complete health workup. Due to Noels lifetime of abuse he has fear aggression triggers; so him being an only pet and with a family without children would be best. PIease Read Before Adopting a Beagle in Oregon
Beagle Dogs can make good pets in Oregon if they match your IifestyIe. Beagles are small, energetic hounds with sweet, happy dispositions. Beagles make wonderful family pets. Beagles need to be with people and do not like to be left alone; it is a good idea to have more than one dog if you will be away often. Beagles are great with children but do not do well with cats and other household animals unless they are around them from the time they are puppies. A Beagle needs a decent sized yard to play in and needs lots of exercise. Beagles may wander off easily if not kept on a leash.
