Rescue Me ID: 15-09-27-00308Tera (female)

Beagle Mix    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Not Good with Other Dogs, Not Good with Cats
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Tera is already spayed, house-trained, in need of an experienced dog owner, up to date with shots, not good with other dogs or with cats. Tera likes to play! Tera's about 18mo old and weighs about 40-45lbs. It was clear when we got her that she had not been socialized well as a puppy. Tara can only be with very mellow, neutral dogs, but no other dogs in the home is best. No dog park for this girl. Please tell us about yourself when you request an application

Beagle Mix    Age: Young Puppy

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Very Submissive
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Echo is a sweet, quiet, affectionate Beagle mix, about 4-5 months old. She is petite and will be a medium sized dog. Echo is crate-trained and is working on house-training (she has it mostly down). She loves to go for walks and is very aware of surrounding scents. She is active, easy-going, and intelligent. She has the potential to learn all sorts of tricks and even tracking. Echo is adoptable in the Pacific NW area, but is currently in Texas. Our rescue saves dogs in San Antonio, Texas, where there are over 350,000 homeless pets, and finds them loving families in the Pacific NW area. You can meet Echo via video chat. For more info, ... Rescue Me ID: 15-09-16-00213Bella (female)

Beagle    Age: Adult

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Not Good w/ Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: Low Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current, Obese

Bella is a 6 year old purebred beagle. She has a sweet temperment, good with kids, however would rather be with adults. We are rehoming due to her obesessive eating problem. We simply cannot get her to a healthy weight with her getting into cupboards and stealing food every chance she gets. She gets along well with other animals, but will chase cats. She likes to wonder off so would be best with a fenced in yard. She loved to cuddle and go for walks, however her obesity has made exercise problematic.

Rescue Me ID: 15-08-18-00266Sadie (female)

Beagle Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: High Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

I have a Beagle/Pit Bull mix female, she is probably about 3-4 years old, her name is Sadie. She is a rescue that we found in Mississippi, and brought her back with us to Seattle. We originally rescued 3 dogs, found 2 homes. Sadie has been a little harder to find a good home. My husband and I would love to be able to keep her, but also have 2 other rescues we are caring for. Our issue is she really needs to be the only dog in the family, as she struggles with needing the most attention. Sadie was chained most of her life with very little to no attention. She is very smart, plays well, loves fetching a ball, walks, and very eager to please.

PIease Read Before Adopting a Beagle in Washington
Beagle Dogs can make good pets in Washington if they match your IifestyIe. Beagles are small, energetic hounds with sweet, happy dispositions. Beagles make wonderful family pets. Beagles need to be with people and do not like to be left alone; it is a good idea to have more than one dog if you will be away often. Beagles are great with children but do not do well with cats and other household animals unless they are around them from the time they are puppies. A Beagle needs a decent sized yard to play in and needs lots of exercise. Beagles may wander off easily if not kept on a leash.
