Buddy is a sweet loving boy. Is sleeps inside in his kennel at night and is house trained. Unfortunately, I am working too many hours at this point in my life that he always is cooped up. He deserves someone with more time to let him play. When I am out of town he stays at a doggy daycare and is well loved there.

Hello everyone! My name is Captain or Cappy for short. I am a 4-year-old puggle who really loves long walks and playing fetch. I get easily distracted and can run really fast, so I need to stay on my leash; I also am a sneaky guy and will slip out a door if you're not careful! I really like playing and hanging out with other dogs. I tend to get a little too excited around cats, chickens, horses, goats and pigs - anything that will run away from me! I love children and adults alike. My ideal family would be active and affectionate, with maybe one person who is home during the day to spend time with as I get anxious when I'm alone for a long ... (Read More)time. I am housebroken and crate-trained, though I do require a little bit of coaxing to get into my crate. My foster family gives me a 10 out of 10 for cuddle-ability! (Less)

Lucky is a 1 yr. old, 17 lb., Beagle mix looking for his forever home. He has been a stray all his life, with his two sisters, so he is shy at first, with people and strange surroundings, but warms up quickly. He is great with other dogs and cats, and older children. He is crate trained, leash trained and housebroke to a dog door. He is completely vetted, and his adoption fee is $300.00. If you are interested in adopting him, call Maureen at 608-356-9683.

Do you have an abundance of love and patience along with the ability to provide gentle, consistent guidance? Do you have a quiet, safe home to offer a beautiful soul? Taken from a hoarding home, Bounce was neglected both physically and emotionally. To never know the touch of a kind hand, a soft praising voice, the love of a human heart, the simple joys of running and playing leaves an impression. We are in search of the human(s) and home willing to go above and beyond to show Bounce how life is truly meant to be for a dog. If you are not already familiar with the effects of hoarding/mill environments, we recommend ... (Read More)https://bestfriends.org/resources/rehabilitating-dog-rescued-puppy-mill-or-hoarding-situation-using-positive-techniques. Approximately 4 years old and 28 pounds, Bounce's adoption fee of $350.00 includes neuter, up to date vaccinations, microchip, heartworm preventative, flea/tick preventative and deworming. He is doing great with housetraining and relates well to both dogs and cats. As all of our canines are in private foster homes, we do ask that an adoption application be completed prior to meet and greets.     Hello there! I am Rollo, but you can call me whatever you want as long as you will love me. I was born in Kentucky. I am about 2.5 years old Rottweiler mix with some smaller dog like a small hound, but it is hard to tell. My Mama did not tell me - maybe she did not want to. I may be a rare breed like the Transylvanian Hound. Quote from the Google where you can see pictures of my breed: 'It is a rare breed that was introduced over 1,000 years ago as a cross between a Magyar hound and Hungarian native dog. This medium-sized dog is a great addition as a family pet, known for being loyal and friendly. This dog breed has a short but dense coat, ... (Read More)with a black base color and tan markings along the snout, chest, neck, and feet (%BD%BD%BD'%BD%BD%BD|like a Rottweiler or Doberman%BD%BD%BD'%BD%BD%BD|). This breed is known for its protective ways and is a good addition as a family dog. The Transylvanian Hound is not only loyal, but also intelligent and easy to train. Bred for hunting purposes, the Transylvanian Hound is energetic, requiring daily exercise.' I am up to date on vaccines and I am neutered. I am healthy; fit and I love your attention. I love to be with you, play, walk, run or hike. I am very mature and much attached to my human foster parent or any human that gives me attention. A rescue organization got me out of my jail cell and cleaned me up. I prefer to be the only dog and I am a good guard dog even though I am small. I had hard time getting used to strangers but I am much better now that I have seen many adults. I am best with alpha adult parents. I respond well to dominant personalities, but I am protective of my food. I am not good with small children. I did not like to share any food or attention with small children and any other dogs, but now at the foster home I like to play with some dogs, but I am somewhat selective. I do get along with some dogs, but if you have other dogs I need to be tested with them on neutral ground. I like to pull on a leash because I want to smell and mark everything, but it is more important for me to be near you when you give me attention. It means the world to me. I can be at home in a crate for a long time, but I much prefer to be with humans all the time. I get warmed up to people, but I am protective of my master. I hope you can give me a loving home without small kids where I can feel safe. Will you give me love and care? Will you be my fur-ever family? In return, I will give you my unconditional love and sing for you. I am really a good boy and I deserve to be loved and I want to love you in return. Will you give me my new home for the rest of my life? Thank you, thank you, and thank you! I already feel I have a better chance at life! PIease Read Before Adopting a Beagle in Wisconsin
Beagle Dogs can make good pets in Wisconsin if they match your IifestyIe. Beagles are small, energetic hounds with sweet, happy dispositions. Beagles make wonderful family pets. Beagles need to be with people and do not like to be left alone; it is a good idea to have more than one dog if you will be away often. Beagles are great with children but do not do well with cats and other household animals unless they are around them from the time they are puppies. A Beagle needs a decent sized yard to play in and needs lots of exercise. Beagles may wander off easily if not kept on a leash.
