Rescue Me ID: 16-10-06-00197Milo (male)

Beagle Mix    Age: Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Somewhat Dominant
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current, Fearful/Anxious

Milo is a very lovable dog that needs more space to run around and a family who has time to be with him. I am downsizing to a condo and it is just not fair to him to be in a small place all day while I'm at work. I adopted him at a young age so we believe he is about 5 or 6 years old. He's a beagle mix but we're not sure with what, could possibly be a Jack Russel. Milo does well around other dogs when I am not around otherwise he is very overprotective. I have never had him around a cat but I don't think he would do well. Please call me if interested. I will upload pics asap.

Rescue Me ID: 16-09-17-00294Thorin (male)

Beagle Mix    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Adults (Not Kids)
Personality: High Energy, Somewhat Dominant
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current, Aggressive, Fearful/Anxious

Thorin is a very lovable dog that needs more space to run. He would do very well in a very large yard or farm setting. When he is cooped up or not exercised regularly he can get overstimulated and too playful. This can also happen if there is a lot going on around him. He will need continuous redirection but once he learns to trust you, he is a great companion. For more information about him and his history, please do not hesitate to contact me.

PIease Read Before Adopting a Beagle in Wisconsin
Beagle Dogs can make good pets in Wisconsin if they match your IifestyIe. Beagles are small, energetic hounds with sweet, happy dispositions. Beagles make wonderful family pets. Beagles need to be with people and do not like to be left alone; it is a good idea to have more than one dog if you will be away often. Beagles are great with children but do not do well with cats and other household animals unless they are around them from the time they are puppies. A Beagle needs a decent sized yard to play in and needs lots of exercise. Beagles may wander off easily if not kept on a leash.
